Over the next 9-months the 5-acts will work with our dedicated Talent Development Specialist, Charlene Hegarty, to uncover opportunities for their music and take part in workshops, studio time, professional photo shoots, showcases, industry mentoring and one to one development.
Over the years our talent development artists have had one to one sessions with PRS, PPL, PRSF, Musicians Union, Atlantic Records (Ed Sheeran, Charli XCX), Parlophone Records (Gorillaz), Domino Records (Anna Calvi, Arctic Monkeys), ATC Live (Yard Act, Billy Nomates), Runway Artists (Emmy The Great, Meryl Streek), Jeff Robinson PR (The 1975, Belsonic) to name a few.
The Scratch My Progress scheme is open to artists representing the rock, alternative, acoustic, rap, pop, folk, punk and electronic genres and Scratch has mentored a diverse range of talent over the years including NI Music Prize Winners Kitt Philippa, Sasha Samara and Sister Ghost, music and media personalities Gemma Bradley & Emer Maguire and recent graduates Lemonade Shoelace and Problem Patterns have since inked management, label, agency and global publishing deals since graduating from our incubation programme.

Ethan Hollan
"Ethan's recorded music has a gleaming ache – 'Love Bite' was pointedly released on Valentine's Day. But live, it has more twang and added slacker cool." - Dig With It
Aqua Tofana
Gemma Bradley proudly proclaimed "those vocals are deadly" on air and we tend to agree
Madam’s Last Discovery
"A band which is striving to reflect the feel and emotion of 2023, whilst taking into account the last 50 or so years of rock music it's all in there – from 60's psychedelia to 70's punk to 90's baggy Madchester style to the anxiety filled stuff you hear nowadays." - Breaking Tunes
Moon Landing
"This highly creative musician who knows how to write and compose profoundly emotive, multilayered, ear-appealing numbers that will instantly catch your attention." - Thoughts Words Action
Sophie French
"Taking inspiration from a range of artists such as Ella Fitzgerald, Carol King, Alicia Keys and Olivia Dean, Sophie loves to create catchy melodies that showcase her warm tone and impressive range." - Black Box Belfast
