Queen is an iconic band through and through, however one the songs that really stands out from the numerous Number 1s they've had, is 'Bohemian Rhapsody'. Made ever-more popular by the release of the Freddie Mercury biopic of the same name, both the song and film have broken records.
Now, the YouTube video of the remastered version of 'Bohemian Rhapsody' has broken the 1 billion views mark, a major achievement for any artist or band on the video streaming website.
Although released back in 1975, the song is recognised by people of almost any age, with the iconic music video showing the heads of members of Queen - Freddie Mercury, Roger Taylor, John Deacon and Brian May - against the black background.

'Bohemian Rhapsody' was written by Freddie Mercury for Queen's 'A Night at the Opera' album, released in 1975. The song was then re-released in 1991 after the death the lead singer, making it the UK's third-best-selling single of all time.
The song was later used in the 1992 film, Wayne's World, propelling the song back into the charts again!
More than 40 years since its original release, the song once again returned to the charts following the release of the film which followed the life of Freddie Mercury, also called 'Bohemian Rhapsody'. The film received many awards including, four Academy Awards, two Golden Globe Awards and two British Academy Film Awards.

And now, it looks like a sequel to 'Bohemian Rhapsody' could be in the works. According to a filmmaker close to the band, who has helmed several Queen music videos, he believes the band and their management are lining up a follow-up to the movie.
