One Direction’s Harry Styles To Be Best Man At Mum's Wedding
Anne Cox is marrying her long-term partner
One Direction’s Harry Styles will reportedly be a best man at his mum’s wedding tomorrow (1st June).
The 1D heartthrob’s mum Anne Cox is tying the knot with her long-term partner Robin Twist, who helped raise Harry when his parents split up when he was seven years old.
Robin’s son from a previous relationship, Mike, is also lined up to be one of several best men. Harry’s older sister Gemma will also be attending.
According to the Daily Mirror, Harry is said to be “thrilled” to be playing a big role in his beloved mum’s big day.
In order to keep paparazzi away from the wedding, guests are only being informed of the location hours before the ceremony takes place.
The wedding date also had to fit in with Harry’s hectic schedule touring the globe with One Direction.
Anne told heat Magazine in 2011 that Harry is a self-confessed mummy’s boy: “Sometimes, he phones up to five times a day. When there’s a time difference, he tends to text saying, ‘I love you, Mum,’ or ‘I miss you’. He’s still my little boy.”
Harry also enjoys a close relationship with his dad Des who flew out to Madrid last week to watch One Direction in live action.
