One Direction Announce Summer 2014 Stadium Tour!

The boys confirm their biggest shows ever

One Direction have announced five huge UK & Ireland stadium shows for summer 2014!

Over the past week, Harry, Niall, Liam, Louis and Zayn have been counting down to their #1Dbigannouncement and shortly after midday at a press conference at London’s Wembley Stadium they revealed the massive news.

Set to stop in stadiums all around the world, the Where We Are Tour 2014 kicks off in South America in April before returning home to the UK and Ireland.

Their biggest headline dates ever, One Direction will play:

Dublin Croke Park – Sat 24th May Sunderland Stadium of Light – Wed 28th May Manchester Etihad Stadium – Sat 31st May Edinburgh Murrayfield Stadium – Tue 3rd June London Wembley Stadium – Sat 7th June

With their two globe conquering albums, ‘Up All Night’ and ‘Take Me Home’, One Direction have established themselves as the biggest, most exciting and in-demand band in pop music worldwide.

Their current ‘Take Me Home’ tour has so far taken them to arenas across Europe, and this summer will head to the US before ending in Australia and Japan in October.

Their highly anticipated 3D concert film “This Is Us”, directed by Morgan Spurlock, will be released in August 2013. More dates and cities for the 2014 Stadium Tour will be announced later this year.
