Miley Cyrus 'Broken' After Pet Dog Floyd Dies
She shares the sad news on Twitter
Miley Cyrus says she is “broken” after her beloved pet pooch Floyd passed away yesterday.
The ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer has owned the Alaskan Klee Kai dog since 2011 and took to Twitter in the early hours of this morning to break the terrible news.
Accompanying two pictures of her with Floyd, Miley wrote: “I don't wanna say it because I don't want it to be real... But my precious baby Floyd has passed away. I am broken.
“I know I don't mean it but I wish he would've taken me with him this is unbearable. I am miserable.”
Floyd died while Miley was on the road on the North American leg of her Bangerz World Tour. The cause of death is currently unknown.
Miley apologised in advance to fans attending the TD Garden arena show in Boston tonight, adding: “I'm sorry in advance if I am not myself tomorrow Boston. I will try my best to be my best.”
The sad news comes two years after Miley’s 2-year-old Yorkshire Terrier Lila unexpectedly died.
