Liam Payne: 'I'm Not Quitting One Direction!'

Liam Payne has rubbished a tabloid report that claimed he was ready to quit One Direction.

An article in Saturday’s Daily Star alleged that Liam “can’t stand” being separated from his model girlfriend Danielle Peazer and he suffers from severe homesickness.

It went on to say quote an insider who ‘said’: "Liam feels he doesn't get the same status and respect as the big stars like Harry and Niall and sometimes even questions why he's in the band at all.

"The rest of the lads are freaking out that one day he'll have had enough and just walk out. That would throw the whole band into chaos."

In response, last night a severely hacked off Liam took to Twitter to completely rubbish the claims.

He told his 9.2million followers: “Thought I'd let you know this latest story is bulls*** I love you guys so much I love this band they're my best mates I ain't goin now werrr.”

Liam is just the latest One Direction star at the centre of a tabloid ‘quitting’ story. Last month a number of news outlets reported that Zayn was ready to leave the group – claims that was quickly denied.

One Direction are currently in the middle of their sold-out UK and Ireland tour which continues in Dublin tonight before taking in dates in Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Nottingham, Birmingham, London and Newcastle.
