Lewis certainly keeps JC grounded 🤣

Cool's Curtis McCosh caught up with local singer-songwriter JC Stewart, who following the success of his recent single 'Break My Heart' has some exciting news to share!

JC's childhood dreams have come true 🤯 He'll be performing a headline gig this September in one of Belfast's most iconic venues...the Ulster Hall!

"I'm petrified! Last time I played a show in Belfast it was definitely to about 90 people. I was meant to do Limelight, but that didn't happen because of Covid, so this is it, this is the next thing. I just really hope people come."

JC is a self-confessed 'Sad Boy', much like his good friend Lewis Capaldi! They have written a couple of fantastic tracks together, including 'Hollywood’ which actually made it onto Lewis’s debut album Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent.

Looking back to the first time JC took to the stage at the Ulster Hall, he was supporting Lewis.

"I never thought I'd get anywhere near it to be honest. I supported Lewis Capaldi there a couple of years ago and that was so special."

"He was asking me the other what I was announcing, I said Ulster Hall, and he was like 'Oh I brought you there first!' I can't believe it, I'm really nervous, but I'm so excited!"
