It's now possible to hire an inflatable pub for YOUR garden
We need this right now!
Last updated 12th May 2021
Despite the weather, we're really getting into mood for summer here at Downtown Radio. And nothing says summer more than a pub, and even better if it's in your very own garden.
When the Coronavirus Pandemic hit, and the UK went into lockdown back in March, not being able to leave our houses apart from essentials, was really tough. And one of the things that many people missed was the chance to catch up with mates at the pub, whether you had a weekly pub quiz, or a few drinks in town.
Well, this might just be the solution, unfortunately we can't change the law on up to six people meeting outside, but it is now possible to have an inflatable pub in your garden - if you have space of course.
The Inflatable Pub Company has several options available, but remembering the government guidelines, their smaller pub, Air of the Dog, can be hired for £295 + delivery.
For the full pub experience, it can have a full sound system, tables, a traditional wooden bar and inflatable kegs!
Those interested in hiring one of the pubs will need sufficient space and a power point. The Air of The Dog pub will need space 5m x 5m up, to O'Briens which will need 8.5m x 6.5m. Now who's in the mood for summer?!

Co-written by Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg, this summer tune was a big hit a decade ago. According to Katy, the song was written as an answer song to Jay-Z and Alicia Key's 'Empire State of Mind' which is all about New York.
Katy, who lives in California wanted a song about the state saying, "(California girls) are different. That's why there needed to be a song about them. I felt like there's something in the water. Like, you know the boys always dream about maybe dating a California girl, just because we've got the sun shining through 365 days a year."
