Adele pays tribute to Paris and reveals new music at recording of TV special
Adele performed in New York for an NBC TV Special.
Last week we ran a fantastic competition to see Adele live in New York at the Radio City Music Hall.
The event took place last night and by all accounts the performance was not one to be missed. While the show was actually recorded for an NBC TV special which will be broadcast later in the year, some of the audience have uploaded some clips from the show.
The 27-year-old singer gave a stunning performance of her number one single 'Hello' to the audience, taking to the stage in a full length glittery gold and black dress.
The 'Rolling in the Deep' singer also treated the audience to some new music including 'Water Under The Bridge' which will be featured on her forthcoming album due out on the 20th November.
Throughout the evening Adele performed hit after hit including her Bond theme tune 'Skyfall' and 'Set Fire to the Rain' which was featured on her second album '21'.
She also sang 'Hometown Glory' as a tribute to everyone affected by the attacks in Paris. During the performance of her debut single, released in 2007 pictures of the French capital were projected on the screen behind her and the colours of the French flag were projected on the venue's impressive ceiling.
Adele's album '25' will be released on Friday 20th November.
