X Factor winner Leon Jackson has transformed from a skinny 19-year-old to a buff 27-year-old.

The Scottish singer won the competition in 2007 and went on to release his album 'Right Now' but was later dropped by Simon Cowell's label Syco in 2009.

The spikey haired 19-year-old went to number one with his version of Whitney Houston's 'When You Believe' and later released 'Don't Call This Love' which reached number 3 in the charts.

We've not heard much about him in recent years but his latest buff photo has got everyone talking!

Although you'd expect him to change a bit over the years fans were treated to a topless picture of the star who's clearly been hitting the gym.

It's believed the star is still pursuing a career in music and has recently been performing at a number of venues in America.
