WATCH: Latest hairstyle trend branded 'hideous'
A salon suggested it could be a new trend.
A viral video showing a woman getting a unique haircut has been branded as 'the most hideous' hairstyle.
The Barbershapp salon posted the video of a hairdresser cutting a model's hair claiming it could be a 'trend in the making'.

However it seemed many people on Facebook didn't agree. They wrote:
'Stylish???? Can safely say I will not be jumping on this band wagon to have mine done. Looks like when kids cut their own fringe!!!!'
'There is no way that is going to catch on, it's the most hideous hair cut I have ever seen.'
'Fancy destroying that girls lovely hair. That's just the worst style I've ever seen, you couldn't even call it hairdressing. Perhaps for a film. But not to have to live with it.'
'Oh no, poor girl! That is the worst. Looks a bit like when my little brother cut his own hair when he was 3 years old.'
The post has been shared over 100,000 times since being uploaded on the 20th February.
