Former X Factor star Stacey Solomon hasn't been shy in talking about her pregnancy since she announced she's expecting with her boyfriend Joe Swash, and her latest discussion on Loose Women is perhaps her most exciting yet.

Stacey, who already has two children from a past relationship, revealed to her Loose Women friends that the happy couple have already decided on their baby's surname, admitting it will more than likely be double-barreled.

Speaking to the panel, Stacey said, “I think we're going to double-barrel the second name – that is a hot topic!"

As Janet Street-Porter said, "I've got a double-barrelled name. I had to marry someone to do it!" Stacey then replied, “This child would be born into the double-barrel club."

The couple, who started dating in 2016, first announced they were expecting a baby together back in February.

Sharing a number of photos of Stacey napping, Joe wrote, 'Have been driving myself mad thinking that she’s bored senseless of me and can’t stand to be awake for longer than 10 minutes of my company... So you can imagine my delight to find out that she still loves me and my company very much she’s just been growing a baby.'

He then added, 'I can’t begin to describe how happy we are to be able to share this wonderful news. We’ve been so blessed with 3 incredible children that we’ve had the privilege of raising and we are forever grateful to have the chance to become parents to another wonderful child. It’s all very overwhelming and emotional and we couldn’t be happier right now.' sic

Following the lovely news, Stacey and Joe appeared on Loose Women together, where Stacey broke down in happy tears about falling pregnant.

She said, "I'm almost coming to terms with it. It's such a massive thing and I still can't believe it's happening to us and I don't really know what to say." Joe then added, "Turning to Stacey, he then said, "My kid and your kids are both going to feel like they are part of this whole big family, and we have such a lovely family."

The couple's baby is expected later in the year.
