If you've spent your time in lockdown binge-watching TV, then you've probably already clocked BBC drama Normal People, starring Irish actor Paul Mescal and English actress Daisy Edgar-Jones as Connell Waldron and Marianne Sheridan.
The show has taken the nation by storm with its storyline, and of course apart from the main actors themselves, Connell's chain has become the biggest talking point for the 12-episode series.
His silver chain, which actor Paul Mescal wears throughout whilst portraying the role of Connell, has become an Internet sensation, with somebody even creating a Twitter page entirely dedicated to the chain.
Due to its popularity, Paul has now confirmed he will be raffling off the chain, in an attempt to raise money for a suicide prevention charity called Pieta.
Paul said, “I am delighted to be able to help out Pieta by raffling off my chain that has taken on a following of its own since Normal People hit television screens.
“Pieta is a cause very close to my heart, having experienced loss due to suicide in my local town while growing up.
"Normal People touches upon depression and suicidal ideation, so it seemed like a very special partnership to want to help those in similar situations."
