'Noah' Premiere Interviews
We speak to Russell Crowe, Emma Watson and Ray Winstone.
Downtown Radio were at the premiere of 'Noah' the new film starring Russell Crowe and Emma Watson.
The film is based on the biblical story of Noah (Crowe), a man chosen by God for a great task before an apocalyptic flood destroys the world.
We caught up with some of the stars of the film including the lead man himself, Russell Crowe, known for his parts in blockbuster films such as Gladiator and Les Misérables.
We asked animal-lover, Crowe why he thought he got the part - it wasn't why he originally thought!
Despite not being religious Crowe decided to tweet the pope and he was surprised to get a response. He told us how he got invited along to the Vatican.
We also spoke to Emma Watson on her research for her role as a young mum. As she isn't a mother herself asked anyone she could for advice.
She also hopes that this film will reignite some questions about faith.
Finally we spoke to Ray Winstone who plays Tubal-cain, nemesis of Noah. He didn't particularly enjoy standing around wet for most of the filming and told us how hard the filming was at times.
NOAH is in cinemas now and you can watch the trailer below
