Love Island's Zara McDermott reveals she's had fillers in candid post

Love Island 2018 star Zara McDermott has revealed on Instagram that she's undergone non-surgical cosmetic surgery after years of 'bother'. The 21-year-old, who's still dating her Love Island boyfriend Adam Collard, confirmed on Instagram that she'd had jaw fillers at UK clinic Kiss Aesthetics.
Posting on her Instagram Story, Zara posted a series of word images and videos of herself talking to the camera, opening up about why she'd chosen to have the procedure.
She wrote, 'I prefer to stay as natural as possible as I haven't felt comfortable getting any fillers or surgery.
'However, I have had this that had been bothering me for a while... This crevice in my right jaw. It was causing me to look like I had a bad double chin from my right side! Also I felt like it was getting worse as I got older. I've always had it since I was younger and it's where the artery runs down my face."
She then posted another photo of her face with the caption, 'I felt like my whole face was lopsided,' before posting an 'after' photo, writing, 'So Kiss Aesthetics put a little filler into the crevice and then balanced the whole thing out with the other side. And now it's completely perfect and symmetrical!'
Zara then added a video of herself saying, "I've literally had so many people messaging me asking about my jaw filler. I definitely recommend it. It's literally changed my face so much. I'm completely symmetrical and its something so small.
"It can literally can make the world of difference. I'm not gonna lie, it was a little bit painful but it was numbed, and everything, and it was literally fine after."
She then posted another photo of her new jaw, adding that it was 'still healing'.
