Love Island viewers baffled after spotting major Christmas Reunion GAFFE

After almost six months without any Love Island related gossip on our TV screens, fans were left delighted on Monday night when the Love Island Christmas Reunion aired, but viewers noticed a little GAFFE!
As the drama unfolded between the likes of Ellie Brown and Charlie Brake, Georgia Steel and Sam Bird, and Laura Anderson and Paul Knops, the lovely Caroline Flack entered the house to spread a little Christmas spirit.
Bringing in personalised gifts such as a Joey Essex calendar for Ellie, a Max Morley best bits DVD for Laura and matching 'his and her' dressing gowns for Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer, viewers spotted something odd!
Many viewers took to Twitter to highlight the fact that Alexandra Cane wasn't given a present by Caroline! One user wrote, 'So out of all that, my most asked question, where was Alexandra’s present?”
Another added, 'Poor Alexandra didn’t get a gift :/', with another fan adding, 'Is it just me or did Alexandra not get a present?'. sic
BUT DON'T PANIC GUYS!
It turns out Dr Alex's ex-girlfriend DID get a present from Caroline, later tweeting, 'I did get a present. I got an apple. 🍏 Because an apple a day...' sic
Thank goodness for that! 🙌
