As the final of Dancing On Ice nears, one of the show's judges, Jason Gardiner has responded to claims he is a bully on the show. Speaking on Good Morning Britain this morning (9th March), Jason was asked about some the comments he has given this series including calling Alex Beresford "bland" and saying the weather presenter was "giving excuses".

When two of the show's presenters Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway said it was "cruel", Jason responded saying "is that the definition of cruel, or is that honesty?"

Alex responded jokingly saying, "hold me back, hold me back!"

But Jason refused to budge, standing by the comments he made on the ice-skating show.

They went on to show clips from Dancing On Ice where Jason criticised Alex's performances saying he wasn't a "showman" and shouldn't give excuses for his performance.

In the interview with Jason it was also suggested that Jason was "picking on people" and some people would consider his comments "bullying", however he responded to this saying he "was there to give a critique."

We're just days away from the Dancing On Ice final and earlier this week we reported how former X Factor star Jake Quickenden had picked up ANOTHER injury after suffering whip lash in a minor crash last week.

The former I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here contestant has dislocated his thumb, and whilst it might not sound like a serious injury, it could cause Jake problems during lifts.

With only three celebrities left, we asked Dancing On Ice professionals Matt Evers and Brandee Malto who they think will win the current series. Hear what they had to say below:

This Sunday we will get to see Jake, Brooke and Max battling it out to be crowned the winner of the first series after a four-year hiatus. Skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean are also set to perform live on the show which will be a real treat for the audience.

At present the routine they will perform has been kept under wraps, but it is expected to be their infamous 'Boléro' routine, which won them an Olympic gold medal in the 80s.

The Dancing On Ice final takes place on Sunday night on ITV.
