If you've ever wondered what pop stars get up to when they aren't performing to their thousands of adoring fans, then Taylor Swift has just revealed a little insight into what she gets up to - and it involves her best friend, fellow pop star Ed Sheeran. In a recent video shared on Instagram by the 'Shake It Off' singer, the pair can be seen on a hike, with Ed lagging behind as she jokingly says, "You OK bro?"

Ed then responds with a rude gesture, before taking the phone from her and saying, "Eh Taylor, the AMA nominations came out, it's me, you and Drake...". They then both turn to each other and say, "You gonna win!", before both then saying, "Drake's gonna win".

The video then goes to show Taylor saying to Ed, "It’s called exercise – have you ever done cardio?"

Ed replies, "Er, now and then!"

"Look it up," she joked, "Strumming a guitar doesn’t count…"

Although the video has had the comments disabled it has racked up a massive three million views in less than 24 hours.

Taylor Swift is currently nearing the end of her 'reputation' tour having already toured in Europe and the US. Back in July, whilst performing at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium the 'Look What You Made Me Do' singer fell over on a wet stage, but she managed to 'Shake It Off' like a pro. During the outdoor show where it had been raining heavily, she was doing a dance routine when she slipped over.

However, barely missing a moment of the song, Taylor quickly gets back up, laughs if off, and carries on performing like nothing had happened.

Meanwhile, Ed finished his latest tour earlier this year and has now been confirmed to star in a new Danny Boyle film about The Beatles. The singer revealed in an interview that he would play himself. Speaking to the Associated Press (AP), Ed explained that he will discover a musician (played by Himesh Patel who played Tamwar Masood in EastEnders) saying, "I take him on tour. Then he gets much, much bigger than me through doing stuff. Yeah, it’s very clever."

Take a look at the biggest films from last year according to Empire magazine:

20. The Lost City Of Z

2013's The Immigrant is sadly still waiting for a UK release, so praise be to the cinematic gods that James Gray's The Lost City Of Z arrived without delay. Based on the true-life tale of British explorer Percy Fawcett (Charlie Hunnam), this dense but always gripping biopic is part political drama, part family drama and part adventure.
On discovering the remnants of an indigenous society, Fawcett spent his life trying to prove his Amazonian finds until his unexplained disappearance in 1925. Containing one of the most beautiful scenes of the year, this undseen gem deserves, nay, demands your attention.

Ed went on to explain how the opportunity gave him a chance to learn how to act. "With the Game of Thrones thing, that was literally me popping in for a day and making a cameo. Or B--tard Executioner was me popping in for a day," Ed said, "But this was like full days on set, like full 12-hour days."

The as-yet untitled film is written by Richard Curtis - famous for his work on Four Weddings and a Funeral, Notting Hill, Bridget Jones's Diary and Love Actually amongst others.
