Ariana Grande's relationship with Pete Davidson has been one heck of a rollercoaster ride. The couple began dating in May this year, and within a couple of weeks there were reports that they'd gotten engaged.

However, after the tragic death of Ariana's ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, the couple seemed to stall - and unfortunately called off their engagement earlier this week. Although reports suggested they were still dating, it's also been said that Ariana has given Pete her engagement ring back.

After a source close to Pete revealed that he was actually "fine" after all the drama and was being supported by his close family and friends, an insider close to 'No Tears Left To Cry' singer Ariana has revealed that she is definitely not fine and is throwing herself into work to distract herself.

Speaking to People magazine, a source said, "Her friends and family are definitely worried about her," adding that she's "focusing on work right now."

Another source added to Us Weekly that Mac's death had "put a tremendous amount of strain on their relationship."

Ariana also took lengths to rid any trace of Pete during a special performance to celebrate the anniversary of musical Wicked, at which Ariana performed 'The Wizard And I', using a plaster to cover up the tattoo she has of his name on her finger.

The 25-year-old almost didn't make it to the performance, having suffered an anxiety attack. She took to Instagram to reveal that she'd overcome it, and added that she would be taking some time out of social media in the wake of her split.
