Cash for Kids Day - Thursday 1st May

Cash for Kids Day is back on Thursday 1st May and we need your business’ help!

We are undertaking a 1 million step challenge on Cash for Kids Day to help tackle hunger during the school holidays and we are asking for your support to raise as much money as possible. Pledge to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps on Cash for Kids Day to raise money at your school, business or organisation.

Get involved

• Become the Headline sponsor or an on air partner of Cash for Kids Day and have inclusion in on air activity and all associated branding.
• Pledge to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps and help raise funds to receive our fundraising pack including ways to get involved on our social media channels.
• Businesses and organisations with fun and exciting fundraising events planned will have the opportunity to visit the studios to walk their pledged steps and have some fun with presenters on air.
• Schools will have the opportunity to have a presenter visit their school and walk their pledged steps.

You will be raising funds to support our Holiday Hunger grants – ensuring children living in poverty are fed over the school holidays – and the more you raise, the more children we can help.

Golf Day – Thursday 15th May in partnership with Used Cars NI

Our annual corporate Golf Day is returning to the beautiful Lough Erne resort for 2025.

We raised over £38,000 at the resort last year and all the money was granted out to organisations and charities who ensure children have access nutritious meals during the school holidays.

Get involved

• Register a fourball and enter your team on one of the best golfing day out of the year (in our opinion!)
• Hole sponsorships are available from £500
• Donate a prize for either our raffle or our silent auction
• Showcase your business at one of our holes (catering businesses)

Colour Dash – Final Weekend in June

Our annual colour dash is our best selling event and is going to be back bigger and better than ever in 2025.

Due to phenomenal demand in 2023 and 2024 and the need for a large race space, we will be hosting this year’s Colour Dash at a new location. This family oriented day out is a great way to celebrate the start of the school holidays with superheroes, face painting and entertainment from our very own Cool FM breakfast team, this is a great way to help support children in Northern Ireland living in poverty.

• Buy a ticket – these will go on sale in April. Please note, tickets sell out very fast for this event and there is usually a waiting list so early purchase is advised. If your company would like to get involved or you would like to hear when the tickets go on sale, please let us know.
• Offer a prize for our mini competitions on the day
• Involve your business on the day– super heroes, kids entertainment and catering companies are invited to register interest
• Volunteer to throw colour or help at registration

Sports, Community and Schools Challenge - September & October

Our three fundraising challenges are making a return.

Last year we helped schools, community groups and sports groups raise over £300,000. Using our experience, platforms and resources, participants compete to raise the most money over a 4 week period. All participants keep 100% of the money raised and the top 3 fundraisers in each challenge receive a share of a prize pot worth £10,000.

Get involved

• Sponsor any of the challenges by providing the prize pot and showcase your support for local communities in Northern Ireland. This sponsorship can be amplified on air to support any activity.
• Raise awareness of the campaigns by sharing information with your local school, community group or sports team. Places are unlimited for Schools and Sports Challenge!

Mission Christmas - November & December

Mission Christmas will be returning in 2025 and we need your business to help us ensure no child has to wake up without gifts on Christmas Day!

Get involved

• Monetary support helps us to buy gifts throughout the campaign as gaps are identified in each age category and product donations give us confidence to accept more applications in each age group. We would love to hear from anyone who wants to; fundraise (we are happy to help with ideas or inspiration), make a direct donation for your business or offer product that can be gifted to children under 18.
• Organise a gift collection at work and deliver these to Mission Christmas HQ.
• Become a drop off partner and ask the public to drop their gifts to you to be delivered to Mission Chsitmas HQ (in order to be guaranteed an official Mission Christmas branded gift collection box, please let us know by end of July 2025 if you would like to be involved).
• Volunteer to work in our new warehouse in 2025. Places and dates fill up quickly and we hope to have all positions filled by September. Register early to avoid disappointment.
• Operational support during the campaign is always important from joiners to plumbers and engineers. If you would like to offer support for this or any campaign, please do let us know.

New for 2025 - Mission Christmas Ball

A night out with a difference. Our first ever Cash for Kids Ball is happening in Northern Ireland and it promises to be an unforgettable night out. With a host of local presenters and entertainment on the night, and some money can’t buy prizes on offer we are delighted to introduce our nostalgia themed Gala dinner at The Europa Hotel, Belfast.

Get involved

• Sponsor a table of 10 for the evening and invite guests, staff or business associates.
• Donate a prize for the auction or raffle.
• Ask about our other sponsorship opportunities for the event.
