Olympics: Belfast boxers bow out
The Olympic medal dream is over for Belfast boxers Brendan Irvine and Michaela Walsh.
Flyweight Irvine, the Team Ireland boxing captain, lost on 4-1 on points to Carlo Paalam of the Philippines in the first round last-32 stage.
Walsh, meanwhile, bowed out in the last 16 of the featherweight division to Italy's Irma Testa.
