Euro 2024: Northern Ireland to face Denmark in Group H
Finland, Slovenia, Kazakhstan and San Marino also in the line-up
Northern Ireland are to face the world's 10th-ranked team, Denmark, in Euro 2024.
Finland, Slovenia, Kazakhstan and San Marino complete the line up in Group H in what appears to be a very kind draw.
Speaking on the Irish FA website, boss Ian Baraclough said he was "fairly pleased" with the draw.
“It gives us a chance to spring a surprise,” he said after his team were drawn with Denmark, Finland, Slovenia, Kazakhstan and San Marino in Group H.
“As a Pot 5 team, as we were for the qualifiers for Euro 2016, this group gives us a fighting chance to make a good fist of qualifying.”
