Larne went down 1-0 to HJK Helsinki in their Champions League first qualifying round, first leg tie on Wednesday night.

Bojan Radulovic scored from the spot-kick - twice - after his first attempt had to be re-taken.

However Larne did respond positively from such an early set-back - the goal scored just over a minute into the game - with Leroy Millar twice coming close to levelling the game.

The second leg will be played next week in Belfast.

It will take place at Solitude, home of Cliftonville as Larne's artificial pitch at Inver Park failed to meet the required standard for Champions League ties.
