Davis set for move back to Rangers
Northern Ireland skipper could return to Ibrox in January window
Steven Davis could be on his way back to Rangers, it has emerged.
The Northern Ireland captain has had a frustrating time of late at Southampton where he has spent most of the season on the bench.
A return to Ibrox where he spent four years from 2008 which included a spell as skipper, has become even more attractive recently with one of his footballing heroes, Steven Gerrard, taking over the managerial reins.
A move is expected to happen in the January transfer window.
Fellow international colleague Kyle Lafferty also rejoined the Gers this season on a two-year deal while Gareth McAuley put pen to paper recently.
