Coleraine safely through to quarter finals - now for Glentoran
Home draw for Bannsiders in the Irish Cup last eight

Coleraine set up a tasty tie in the last eight as they face Glentoran at home in the next round of the Tennent’s Irish Cup.
Oran Kearney’s side enjoyed a comfortable 4-0 victory over Institute in yesterday’s last 16 clash. A brace from Jamie McGonigle followed up by Eoin Bradley’s strike and an own goal allowed the Bannsiders to progress safely into the last 8.
The home side broke the deadlock after 4 minutes as Lyndon Kane sent Jamie McGonigle through on goal and his finish put the Bannsiders ahead.
The visitors threatened on 10 minutes as Gareth Brown laid the ball into the path of Aaron Jarvis but his effort sailed wide.
Oran Kearney’s men doubled the lead after 17 minutes as Josh Carson’s whipped delivery deflected off the head of Dean Curry and into the back of the net.
Moments later it was three as Aaron Traynor released Eoin Bradley and his dinked finish from outside the area left Muldoon with no chance.
Stute had a great chance to reduce the deficit on 38 minutes. Niall Grace’s accurate through ball found Brown but the striker dragged his effort wide.
Caoimhan Bonner was unlucky not to pull one back for Paddy McLaughlin’s side on 38 minutes. Ronan Wilson’s pinpoint cross found the head of Bonner at the far post but he steered his header wide.
McGonigle and Harkin threatened for the home side however the pair failed to trouble Muldoon in the Institute goal.
Institute had another great chance before the break as Ronan Wilson raced clear but his effort was saved by Chris Johns.
With half-time looming it looked to be a tough ask if Stute were to get themselves into the hat for the quarter-finals of the Irish Cup.
The Bannsiders made it four early in the second-half as McGonigle popped up to bag his second of the game taking his goal tally to 16 for the season.
Sean McCarron looked to have reduced the deficit on 62 minutes but his effort was deflected behind for a corner.
McGonigle looked to have bagged his hat-trick midway through the second-half but his effort was well-saved by Muldoon.
Institute threatened again on 74 minutes as Jake Morrow’s left-footed strike went wide of the post.
The Bannsiders turned defence into attack but Lyndon Kane’s speculative effort drifted over the crossbar.
Second-half substitute Sean McCarron tried his luck again in the closing stages but his thunderous effort went wide via the crossbar.
As the game petered to a finish Coleraine enjoyed a 4-0 victory over North-West rivals Institute.
