'Bring on Germany' - Evans relishing next big challenge for NI
'it will be nice to get them back at Windsor Park'
Jonny Evans is not ruling out automatic World Cup qualification for Northern Ireland.
Such is the belief in the Northern Ireland camp at the moment.
After an unprecedented five wins on the trot, Michael O’Neill’s side are second in Group C behind the mighty Germans, their next opponents.
But Evans, who bagged one of the goals in Monday night’s 2-0 win over the Czech Republic, believes Germany are beatable.
He told Downtown & Cool FM: “We have managed to achieve some great nights at Windsor Park but they (Germany) are the best team in the world - them and Spain
“It’s going to be difficult but having played them twice maybe in the last year or so it would be nice to get them back to Windsor Park and see how they cope.
