Glen could seek a review of yesterday's All-Ireland club football final loss to Kilmacud Crokes.

The Dublin club won by 1-11 to 1-9 but apparently had an extra player on the field towards the end of the game at Croke Park.

It is understood an appeal is unlikely but the Derry champions have indicated they will seek 'clarification' from the GAA.

Meanwhile, In the hurling decider, it was further disappointment for an Ulster side with Ballyhale Shamrocks enjoying a 1-22 to 1-15 win over Dunloy of Antrim.

It was a ninth All-Ireland crown for the Kilkenny men.
