Martin McHugh and Sam Barkley were denied a lawn bowls medal for Northern Ireland at the Commonwealth Games.

They lost out on Tuesday morning in the bronze medal tie 25-5 to Scotland's partnership of Paul Foster and Alex Marshall.

Northern Ireland are on five medal so far at the Games, with Eoin Fleming one win away from taking the country's third judo medal. He's in the men's semi-finals -81kg.

Joshua Green remains in with a chance of a medal, in spite of a quarter-final defeat to Dato Matsoukatov of Cyprus. That left him paired with Sri Lanka's Chamara Reiyallage in the repechage.
