A period of snow could bring some disruption on Thursday and into Friday morning this week across Northern Ireland.

A yellow weather warning has been issued from 6am Thursday (8th Feb) to 6am Friday (9th Feb).

The Met Office has warned of "cold air moving in from the north" which will see temperatures fall, "increasing the chance of wintry hazards and a warning for snow issued for some."

What to expect:

❄️ There is a small chance that power cuts will occur and other services, such as mobile phone coverage, may be affected

❄️ There is a slight chance that some rural communities could become cut off

❄️ There is a small chance of travel delays on roads with some stranded vehicles and passengers, along with delayed or cancelled rail and air travel
