Weir to update Stormont committee
Peter Weir is due to address Stormont's Education Committee today (Wednesday).
The Minister is expected to give an update on school re-starting issues and other matters relating to the curriculum.
It is also understood Mr Weir will address examination contingency plans for both GCSEs and A-levels and he will also take questions on next year's Education budget.
However, it is unlikely the Minister will change plans to close schools early.
In an interview with Downtown Radio & Cool FM yesterday he re-iterated his desire to keep them open.
