Thousands of civil servants in Northern Ireland are staging a one-day strike over pay.
They are protesting at the failure to address the issue as part of the deal to restore Stormont powersharing.
Areas affected include jobs and benefits offices, Universal Credit processing centres, rating offices, veterinary offices, meat inspectors, DAERA Direct offices, courts, the Public Prosecution Service and tribunals.
Alison Millar, general secretary of the Northern Ireland Public Service Alliance (Nipsa), said: "Members across the Northern Ireland Civil Service will be on a one-day strike on Friday 24 January.
"Members are angry that they have not had a resolution to their long-running dispute on the issue of pay, terms and conditions.
"Civil servants were further angered when there was no mention in the 'New Decade, New Deal' document of seeking to settle the Civil Service dispute, yet specific reference was made to the health workers and teachers' disputes.''
It follows similar strike action last July.
Ms Millar said there was further anger after the announcement that Assembly Members who have not been at their place of work for the last three years were to receive a £1,000 pay rise with another increase in April.
