Two officers injured after camper van rams police car
Two police officers have been injured after their car was rammed a number of times by a stolen camper van in Warrenpoint.
It happened on the Upper Dromore Road at around 4am on Monday.
Police said that two men were inside the van, which had been stolen from the Dundalk area.
They made off on foot and were last seen in the Dallan and Clonallan Road area.
A possible link between the van and a vehicle theft in the Burren area a short time later is being investigated.
