Two men and a woman charged to court following incidents in south Belfast

Police investigating a report of a creeper-style burglary in the Ormeau Road area of south Belfast, and the subsequent ramming of a police vehicle in west Belfast, have charged two men and a woman to court.

Police investigating a report of a creeper-style burglary in the Ormeau Road area of south Belfast, and the subsequent ramming of a police vehicle in west Belfast, have charged two men and a woman to court.

A man, aged 36 has been charged with offences including aggravated vehicle taking causing injury, burglary (dwelling), assault on police, resisting police, no insurance, no driving licence and failing to stop for police.

He is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday, February 12).

A man, aged 45 and a woman, aged 37, have been charged with aggravated vehicle taking, in which the vehicle was driven dangerously. The woman has been further charged with possession of a Class C controlled drug.

They are expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on March 8.
