Two charged following west Belfast disturbance

Police investigating a disturbance in west Belfast on Friday have charged two men.

Both men - aged 30 and 37 - are accused of criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

The 30-year old man is also charged with improper use of public communications and a domestic abuse offence. He is due before Belfast Magistrates Court on these offences on Saturday.

The 37-year old is due before the city's Magistrates court on Friday, 8th March.

A third man in his 30s was in police custody.
