Teen held after stolen car stopped in Derriaghy
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested after a stolen car was stopped in Derriaghy on Tuesday morning.
The Jaguar was identified by the Auto Crime Team on the Barnfield Road at around 10am.
Two males then ran from the car, with one of them being detained by an officer with help from the Air Support Unit and the Operational Support Department.
The vehicle has been stolen from a house in Lisburn in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The teenager is being questioned by police about a number of offences.
