Stand up comedian, best selling author and internet sensation Serena Terry, AKA Mammy Banter, will be the first female comic to perform to a sold out Belfast SSE Arena on Saturday night.

Serena has sold out iconic rooms such as Dublin’s Olympia Theatre, and two nights at Glasgow O2 Academy, however the opening night at Northern Ireland’s largest indoor venue tops off what has been an exponential rise for the Derry based comic over the last 2 years.

Serena commented “This is a dream come true for me, and something I’ve worked towards from the start. I can’t wait to get out there!”

Tour promoter Joe Dougan added “Serena’s sales speak for themselves, but the pace at which she’s managed to get this level is remarkable - she is an incredibly talented comic & writer, and an extremely hard worker. She deserves every success.”

Having performed her first ever stand up show at a packed Waterfront Hall in Belfast in June of 2023, she’s followed up with a sold out run at Edinburgh’s Fringe Festival, and an ever growing profile.
