Revealed: First and Deputy First Ministers on Santa's naughty list
Arlene and Michelle to get coal on Christmas morning
Last updated 19th Dec 2020
Northern Ireland's Stormont leaders are on Santa's naughty list.
The First Minister exclusively revealed the news to Downtown Cool FM as part of our junior press briefing.
Arlene Foster and Michelle O'Neill took part in a question and answer session hosted by Stuart Robinson, in a first-of-its-kind press conference.
The First and Deputy First Ministers responded to questions from children and it emerged they are set to get coal on Christmas morning.
Asked by five-year-old Molly Fuller from Aghadowey if they were on the naughty or nice list, Arlene Foster revealed they could be very disappointed when Santa visits on December, 25:
"Well unfortunately I have some bad news for Michelle because someone was down walking in Hillsborough the other day and they have a lovely little place with a Santa's grotto and there's a big long list and there's all these names attached to it, so-and-so is nice and so-and-so is naughty...
"And guess what Stuart?
"Arlene and Michelle were on the naughty list, I was very disappointed."
Michelle O'Neill said they must 'work to get that changed.'
