PSNI officers shoot dog which attacked woman on Co Down call-out
A dog has been shot by police after it attacked a woman at a house in County Down.
Officers were called to the property at Katesbridge's Knockgorm Road just after 8 o'clock on Tuesday night.
The woman was taken to hospital for treatment on injuries to her arm.
A PSNI spokesperson confirmed as is normal procedure, the office of the Police Ombudsman have been informed.
