Police in north Belfast are appealing for information following the report of petrol bomb attack on a parked car late last night (Sunday)

It was reported that a petrol bomb was thrown at the grey coloured Vauxhall Crossland X car, shortly before midnight, at Cliftonpark Court, causing scorch damage to the passenger side of the car.

An investigation is under way and officers at Tennent Street would ask anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and noticed any suspicious activity, or captured dash-cam footage from the area, to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 15 04/10/21.
