Police say Larne security alert 'nothing untoward'

Police say this evening an earlier security alert at Larne is over.

An object has been examined and declared as nothing untoward.

It follows the discovery of a suspicious device in the Hope Street area.

A PSNI spokesperson said all roads and nearby train line had reopened.
