Pensioner dies in east Belfast crash
79-year-old pedestrian Patrick McDermott from the area, was struck around 3.30 on the Albertbridge Road on Friday afternoon.

Roads were closed at Woodstock link, Mountpottinger, Short Strand & East Bridge St for much of Friday afternoon.
Police appealed for anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the incident to contact them on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 767 19/05/17.
