The man remains in hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.

A man remains in a critical condition in hospital after he was hit by a car in west Belfast.

The pedestrian was struck on the Stewartstown Road around 9.30 on Friday evening.

Police are appealing for information or anyone who has dash cam footage to get in touch.
