Pair charged over Portaferry murder

Two men have been charged with the murder of a man who died nine days after an assault.
32 year old Ryan Macrae was attacked in Portaferry on Sunday 14th October.
He passed away in hospital on Tuesday night.
The accused, who are aged 19 and 28, will appear in Newtownards Magistrate's court on Thursday.
The pair were originally charged with GBH with Intent, but were later re-arrested on suspicion of murder after Mr Macrae's death, and subsequently charged on Wednesday night.
