The man whose body was found in an alleyway in Clogher on Saturday morning has been named as Pat Ward.
The 30 year old was living in the County Tyrone village, but it's understood he was originally from Sligo.
A post-mortem examination will be carried out on Mr Ward, who was found in an alleyway in McCrea Park, but police are currently treating his death as suspicious.
A 23 year old man and a 33 year old woman have been arrested and remain in police custody being questioned on suspicion of murder.
Detectives are appealing for anyone with information about Mr Ward's death to contact them.
Sinn Fein Fermanagh and South Tyrone MP Michelle Gildernew said the community was in shock.
"My thoughts are with the family and friends of the deceased at this time."
