Mark Allen wins Player of the Year award

Mark Allen has been named the World Snooker Tour's Player of the Year award for the first time.

It comes after the Antrim man clinched three tournaments in the season.

The 37-year old has also won the Snooker Journalists' Player of the Year and Fans' Player of the Year.
