The man who died following a collision involving a bus in Belfast was 26-year-old Samuel McAuley from the Belfast area.

Police say the fatal incident on Donegall Square West happened shortly before 7.40pm on Saturday evening.

The collision remains under investigation and anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has dash-cam footage or mobile phone footage which could assist officers with their enquiries is asked to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 1551 28/01/2023.
