Man in his 60's stabbed in Newtownabbey
A 77 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder
A man in his 60's has been seriously injured after being stabbed in Newtownabbey.
It happened at a block of flats in the Rathcoole Close area at around 7 last night.
A 77 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
A PSNI statement said, “"Officers would ask anyone who witnessed this incident or who has any information which could assist them with their enquiries to contact detectives at Newtownabbey on 101."
