Man arrested following Ballymena crash that's left another man in critical condition
The motorcyclist aged in his 50s was taken to hospital
A man in his 20's has been arrested in connection with a crash in County Antrim that's left a motorcyclist in his 50's in a critical condition.
A PSNI statement said,”The Cullybackey Road, Ballymena at the junction with the Teeshan Road has reopened following a two vehicle road traffic collision on Wednesday 22nd November.”
“The incident, which involved a car and a motorcycle, was reported to police at around 5:45pm. The male motorcyclist aged in his 50s was taken to hospital for his injuries and his condition is described as critical.”
“One man aged in his 20s was arrested for various offences and remains in police custody at this time.”
“Officers would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or to anyone with dash cam footage which could assist with their enquiries, to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 1419 22/11/23.”
