An attack by other children on two toddlers in a park in North Belfast is being treated as a transphobic hate crime.

It's understood they were with a parent who is transgender - when it happened in the Glenbryn Park area last month.

Police say enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact officers on 101 quoting 1371 22/04/24.
