Firefighters tackling large blaze in Londonderry

Firefighters in Londonderry are dealing with a large blaze at a building full of waste material.
The fire at Gillen Fuels on the Heather Road in the Creggan area of the city began yesterday evening.
Nearly 60 Fire and Rescue Service rescue personnel were at the scene last night.
On Saturday night those living nearby were being advised to keep their doors and windows closed becasue of the smoke.
A Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service Spokesperson said:
"NIFRS received a call to ‘Gillens Fuels – Heather Road, Creggan, Londonderry today at 17.48 and are currently dealing with a fire incident.
"The fire involves a large shed containing large volumes of waste material. The shed and waste material (internal and external to the shed) are fully involved in the fire.
"At present there are 6 pumping appliances and 4 specialist appliances (Aerial Appliance, Water Tanker, Command Support Vehicle and High Volume Pump) deployed, and total of 58 fire personnel involved.
"There is no risk to the public and we are continuing to deal with the incident."
